Give me one of my own stories, and a time at some point after the end of the story or before the story started, and I'll write you at least 100 words of what happened then, whether it's five minutes before the story begins or ten years in the future.
The amount of times I have read this in the past, oh, half-hour? is sort of embarrassing. That drabble is actually one of my favorite things I've read in the fandom (perhaps my absolute favorite) and this companion is no less beautiful and haunting and them ughhhh how you are so perfect at everything this is so great
this totally wrote my horrible writers block, SO. THANK YOU FOR THE PROMPT (there's something about writing snafu that just breaks that block for me, every time.)

Also, I just read this again and it's still amazing, so well done on that. ALSO, I didn't notice the first few hundred times around but the way you use sensory detail&Snafu's mouth is really great!
