miss pause is finally watching Band of Brothers, and she is, understandably, a bit perturbed by the GIANT CAST OF CHARACTERS. so all afternoon, i have been doing this:

...and now i'm the one a bit distressed by the amount of characters. THIS IS GOING TO TAKE SO LONG. (and my knowledge of weaponry and rank? HAS GOTTEN SO GOOD. this site helps a ton for weapons, but it doesn't list everyone's everything, but they're pretty easy to figure out once you have a list of what's what.)



...so anyway, i am now a bit tired and my family is celebrating the friday with some food & reality!tv, lmao. be back later ♥

.....and my mom just walked in with a gift bag because apparently it's gay pride this week (she heard it on the radio? I AM OUT OF THE LOOP) so we're celebrating that, too, haha. ugh, i love her;;

Lovely collages. And lol, Luz. Everybody's got to love him. Even way-back when I did a minor character picspam/spew thing, most of the pics ended up with Luz's face in them. But seriously, how can you not?

These are lovely. Also, obviously the reason Luz and Harry's collages got out of hand is because THEY ARE AMAZING. So many lolzy facial expressions to choose from! (Though Skip comes close. Every single shot you have chosen of Skip is gold. God, I love Richard Speight Jr's hilariously flexible face.)


Also, that is just tremendously sweet that your mother celebrates Gay Pride with you. Wish my mother was anything like as accepting, grumble grumble.

I AM LIKE "WHY ARE THERE SO MANY CHARACTERS IN BAND OF BROTHERS THIS IS LIKE A TWO WEEK PROJECT WHAT AM I DOING WITH MY LIFE" (...no, seriously, i first thought this when i was screencapping perconte and i was like '...why is this site only mentioning that he has a M1 Garand? THAT RIGHT THERE, THAT'S TOTALLY A THOMPSON, IT'S NO RIFLE.' and then i was like ......what how do i know this, when did this happen to me lmfao. THIS FANDOM. I HAVE LEARNED A LOT)

but all three of them make the best face expressions. and like i said to shannon, luz seriously is just like everywhere. winters will be challenging to do for the same reason -- there's just SO MANY scenes of him, how to choose... (and i really wanted muck's to fit his personality, so =D I THINK I GOT IT.)


my family has always been incredibly accepting -- my sister is gay as well, and currently in a relationship w/ a woman who has a three year old daughter, (my brother is straight, on the other hand) and my mom & aunt love it/love having the niece/daughter in law type of feel. everyone was absolutely shocked when i came out (which was actually before my sister, who had a harder time accepting her orientation/a different school experience) but ...once they got over the "I DID NOT SEE THIS COMING" (idky, i used to have my barbie dolls raise babies together when i was little) they were good. i wish i could share my mother with you! (and i'm so sorry that it hasn't been the same experience for you. :/) i think about it a lot, how lucky/grateful i am that my family has had no issue. (even if i can't get married here, ugh.)
