definitely check out awoken's mix, it's beautifully done and cemented the idea of them in my head. --the ship actually came from a conversation where i was talking about how the guys' reactions to war/ability to cope later on in life can be different depending on their experiences in life before the war, and both snafu and liebgott were ones i think definitely had trauma/harsh lives pre-war, which comes out a lot in their reactionary actions/violence/or dissociative indifference in snafu's case--- and LMAO IT WAS A LOT MORE IN DEPTH THAN THIS LITTLE BLURB, but the point is: it ended up having me think of the two of them at the same time, and really ...they'd be so destructive and dysfunctional but there's something a little kind of beautiful (and totally sexy) about them at the same time. I THINK THE WHOLE "FUCK AND TEAR EACH OTHER APART BOTH AT ONCE" is a pretty good explanation.
